These fully furnished and upholstered luxury chalets on the Harremaatweg in Voorthuizen are offered as temporary living space during the winter months, from November through March. The park is located just outside the center of Voorthuizen, in a quiet setting surrounded by greenery. The chalets are available in two configurations: a two-bedroom model of approximately 50 m² and a three-bedroom model of approximately 63 m². Each unit is delivered fully furnished, making it suitable for a temporary stay without the need to bring furniture.

Inside, each chalet features a living room equipped with a flat-screen television. The two-bedroom layout includes one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, while the three-bedroom variant provides an additional sleeping room. The kitchen corner is modern and complete, including a microwave and a full kitchen inventory. Further amenities include a shower, toilet, central heating, and pillows in the bedrooms. Duvets and bedding are not included and should be provided by the tenant.

Each chalet has a garden with a terrace for outdoor use, though there is no separate storage. WiFi is available as standard at 15 MB, with faster connections of 30 MB and 60 MB available for an additional fee. A launderette beneath the reception can be used daily against payment. During the winter months, park facilities such as the swimming pool and restaurant are closed. Curtains and ventilation grilles must remain open during the day, and windows may not be sealed or covered.

The rent is €1,075 per month for the two-bedroom chalet and €1,225 per month for the three-bedroom chalet, excluding gas, water, and electricity. An advance of €250 per month is charged for utilities and settled monthly based on meter readings. A deposit equal to two months' rent is required in advance, and a mandatory final cleaning upon departure is billed based on hours worked at €40 per hour. The minimum rental period is two months, with a one-month notice period taking effect on the first of the month. Pets are not allowed, including those of visitors, and smoking is not permitted. Rental takes place under the conditions of the municipality of Barneveld, and registration with the municipality is not permitted.
