Quadyck Real Estate BV, originally named after the village of Kwadijk, began its journey in a modest office in Zwaag in 1999, under the leadership of Alfonso Grau. Alfonso, who had been investing in commercial real estate since 1992, found it necessary to establish a reliable management company due to less-than-ideal experiences with previous administrators. This led him to start his own management venture, initially named Boschgrau Management, with just one employee. In 2002, the company took a significant step by merging with the management portfolio of van Overbeek brokers Purmerend, operating under the name of Real Estate Management Overbeek v. O. F. However, by 2005, Alfonso decided to regain independence and focus on expanding the business further.

The company moved to a farmhouse in Kwadijk, transforming the upper floor into a professional office space. Today, Quadyck Real Estate BV manages over 750 units that encompass a wide range of properties, including shops, offices, business units, garages, houses, apartments, rooms, and studios. The team has grown to include four employees in the sales department: Jaron, Edson, Nathan (administrative), and Kelly (commercial), along with Alphonso and Lars, who handle commercial and maintenance tasks in the field. The company's commitment to rental services ensures a diverse portfolio of homes, shops, business units, and offices available for clients.

In 2010, Quadyck Real Estate BV expanded its expertise to include the management of owners' associations, both financially and technically. This new venture has proven successful, with the company now managing over 100 associations.
