Oei Housing Amsterdam - Expat Apartments is a dedicated property management service specializing in expat housing solutions in Amsterdam. They offer a seamless experience for those looking to rent apartments in the city, with a strong focus on transparency and support. Tenants are assured a hassle-free process as Oei Housing does not charge any fees to renters; instead, they receive compensation from property owners. This approach ensures that potential tenants can focus solely on finding their ideal apartment without worrying about additional costs. The company provides an extensive range of properties, complete with detailed listings that include photos and professional videos, available on their website.

Oei Housing emphasizes the importance of matching tenants with the right property. Prospective renters are encouraged to fill out a search profile on the estate agent's website, which helps the team identify suitable apartments based on individual preferences and requirements. This personalized service is complemented by virtual tours via Facetime and WhatsApp video, allowing potential tenants to explore properties without the need for an in-person visit. Additionally, Oei Housing offers comprehensive support throughout the rental process, including assistance with setting up utilities such as gas, electricity, water, and internet.

For those interested in renting, Oei Housing outlines clear financial requirements to ensure a smooth application process. Tenants should have a gross income that is at least three times the monthly rent, excluding utilities. They provide guidance on budgeting for energy costs, which start at around €200 per month due to fluctuating prices. The company is also accommodating towards students and trainees, provided their parents can demonstrate financial capability, with options for paying rent in advance. A standard deposit of two months’ rent is required, and tenants can typically register at the city hall. Oei Housing Amsterdam - Expat Apartments is committed to providing a reliable and supportive rental experience for all their clients.
