Makelaarsgroep AMEO helps clients buy, sell, value and rent property in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. With offices in Amsterdam-Zuid, Amsterdam-Centrum and Diemen, the team brings detailed knowledge of the local housing market, down to the neighbourhood level, to its work. AMEO has more than 15 years of experience in property purchases, sales and valuations. Its team includes eight certified Registermakelaars-taxateurs (RMT), three of whom are also certified in commercial property (B.O.G.).

Alongside its regular estate agency services, AMEO provides consultancy on specialist property matters. This includes tax valuations, rent reviews for retail premises, WOZ valuations, and local Amsterdam topics such as property subdivision and combination, leasehold, and ground rent compensation. The team aims to make complex issues clear and gives clients a complete, well-supported and realistic explanation of the assignment and how it can be carried out before work begins.

AMEO works with a suitable, clearly substantiated proposal, which may be based on a standard commission, an hourly rate or a fixed fee; in some cases, a no-cure, no-pay arrangement is possible. The team prioritises close cooperation and achieving a strong result in the client’s interests, whether the assignment concerns a property purchase or a leasehold review. Prospective clients are welcome to request a complimentary, no-obligation property consultation, and AMEO can also visit to discuss selling a home.
