K&P Makelaars is a dedicated real estate agency committed to providing personalized and effective service to each client. Understanding that every client has unique needs and requirements, K&P Makelaars tailors their services to align with individual client desires. From the moment a client registers on their website until the end of the rental period, they offer comprehensive support to ensure a seamless experience. Their services begin with creating an inventory of client preferences, followed by a meticulous search and selection of suitable accommodations that fit the client's profile. K&P Makelaars organizes viewings and provides detailed information about each property, ensuring clients are well-informed about their options.

Beyond property viewings, K&P Makelaars provides valuable insights into the local housing market, including information on housing permits, allowances, rent prices, and municipal enrollment. They assist clients in evaluating viewings and compile comprehensive client profiles to present them favorably to potential landlords. Their team negotiates rental contract terms with landlords, drafts contracts, and ensures both parties sign them. They also manage the first rental payment, organize property handover, and conduct thorough inspections, including meter readings and inventory checks.

K&P Makelaars extends their support beyond the initial rental process by acting as a primary source of information throughout the rental period. They assist with maintenance issues, removal, transportation, and even finding workmen for home improvements. Clients can rely on them for help with utilities, internet, and telephone access. Additionally, they offer advice on local amenities such as nightlife, restaurants, sports, and cycling routes, aiming to make their clients' stay in Groningen as enjoyable as possible. Their commitment to comprehensive service ensures clients can always reach out for advice or assistance on any rental-related matter.
