Forte Makelaars is a distinguished real estate agency that specializes in connecting property owners with reliable tenants, ensuring an attractive return on investments. The agency employs a professional approach to marketing and presentation, guaranteeing rapid rental of properties. Their unique advantage lies in their direct contact with a network of 5,000 expats in the region, enhancing the visibility of listings on platforms such as Funda.nl, Mva.nl, Pararius.nl, and their own site, Fortemakelaars.nl. In addition, Forte Makelaars utilizes high-quality photography, conducts thorough research into the identity and creditworthiness of prospective tenants, and drafts comprehensive rental agreements. They operate on a no-cure, no-pay basis, providing a risk-free service to property owners.

Forte Makelaars has cultivated strong relationships with international companies and relocation agencies, ensuring that most of their tenants are expatriates from these organizations. They employ targeted advertising strategies to reach this audience effectively. The agency also offers property owners a non-binding indication of their property's value, leveraging years of regional experience and supporting data. With Jeroen Henselijn, a registered and certified broker with a decade of experience in the Amsterdam-Amstelland region, at the helm, Forte Makelaars offers unparalleled expertise and all necessary qualifications to ensure a smooth rental process.

One of the key features of Forte Makelaars is their tenant control process. Property owners have the final say in who rents their home, following an extensive background check using the NVM Woontoets. This provides maximum security, with rental contracts tailored to the owner’s preference for short or long-term arrangements. All contracts are reviewed by a tenancy lawyer, ensuring the utmost legal security. Forte Makelaars is committed to providing free advice and is easily reachable for consultations, making them a trusted partner for property owners seeking efficient and secure rental solutions.
