Blinq Makelaars, operating under the renowned Executive Home Rentals (EHR), has been a pivotal player in the temporary housing market since its inception in 1994 by Olga Fonteijn. Originally established to cater to the business sector's need for temporary accommodations, EHR has grown significantly over the years. By 2010, the proven EHR formula was expanded beyond Arnhem to encompass the entire Netherlands, transforming into a franchise organization. This strategic expansion allows Blinq Makelaars to serve the business community across the nation, addressing their temporary housing needs with precision and care.

Throughout its various regions, Blinq Makelaars collaborates with independent business owners who prioritize exceptional customer service. These entrepreneurs are integral to the continuous development of the EHR formula, ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service, whether they are looking to rent or lease a property. The commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making Blinq Makelaars a trusted name in the temporary housing sector.

Blinq Makelaars offers comprehensive services that go beyond simple mediation between landlords and tenants. In several regions, they provide property management services, ensuring a seamless rental experience. Their professionalism is matched by a strong sense of commitment, with the entire rental or leasing process personally overseen by experienced rental brokers. With decades of experience since 1994, the dedicated team at Blinq Makelaars understands the unique needs of expats, companies, and individuals, ensuring that tenants enjoy a thorough and pleasurable living experience. Their expertise and dedication make them a reliable partner in finding the perfect temporary home.
