GaragePark is developing the largest garage park in Europe in Wateringen. The first 340 premium garage boxes are expected to be delivered in March 2026. It is now possible to rent a box, with early birds benefiting from 50% discount for the first three months. The park is located on industrial estate Zwethove, close to the N211 and A4 highways, providing easy access to Den Haag and Rotterdam.
The garage boxes at GaragePark Wateringen-Den Haag range from 12m2 to 29m2 and are suitable for storage, workspace, or parking. They are accessible 24/7 and are well-secured with BORG-2 certification. Additional facilities include sanitary provisions and a mailbox per garage box. All boxes are accessible by car, and a goods lift is available for boxes on upper levels.
The garage boxes come with various standard features, including electricity and lighting, 24/7 access with a key tag, fire and burglary protection, and a sectional overhead door. Optional features include a personal mailbox. The park itself is secured with a fenced terrain, 24/7 camera surveillance, and a park manager for maintenance and security.
The rental price starts at €199 per month excluding VAT, with a minimum rental period of 6 months. The early bird promotion offers 50% discount for the first three months on the first 50 boxes.
