The property is a fully renovated student house on Strijpsestraat in the Strijp district of Eindhoven, offering 125 m² of living space with an energy label of A++++. The building has been completely renewed, including the installations, bathroom and kitchen. Two furnished rooms, room 3 and room 5, are available on the second floor. The house is located within cycling distance of the city centre, Strijp-S, Eindhoven Central Station and TU/e. The rental period is indefinite, registration at the address is possible, and the rooms are offered under a campus student contract. The accommodation is available from 1 January 2027.
Each room is furnished and equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling, as well as a private washbasin with mirror, mixer tap and power sockets. Heat-recovery ventilation provides fresh air and helps keep energy costs low. Room 3 measures approximately 12 m², while room 5 measures approximately 13 m² and includes its own private roof terrace of more than 18 m². Both rooms are situated on the second floor of the townhouse. The house is intended as a calm living environment for students who value a quiet place to study and rest. Parties and occupation of a room by two persons are not permitted.
Shared facilities are used with four housemates, making a total of five residents. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A washing machine and dryer are available, along with a new bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with glass screen, heated towel rail, wall-hung toilet and storage. There is also a separate toilet with a hand basin. Additional amenities include lockable bicycle storage and an attic for extra storage. The house does not have a separate living room.
Monthly rent is approximately €860 to €950 including utilities, depending on the room, with a deposit of one month's rent (€900). Service costs of €230 to €270 per month cover weekly cleaning of the shared areas, minor maintenance and repairs, high-speed internet, furnishing of the rooms and common areas, use of the washing machine and dryer, and an advance payment for energy and water that is settled annually against actual use. Base rents are set in line with the Dutch points system, and an annual statement of the service costs is provided. The house is suitable for students aged 16 to 26 who are non-smokers, and pets are not allowed. A minimum stay of two years applies. The property is managed directly by the landlord.

Does the displayed rent include utilities and service costs?
Not necessarily. Luntero shows the rent and cost details supplied by the advertiser, but inclusions vary by property. Confirm the full breakdown with the publisher or on the original website before applying, including service costs, gas, electricity, water, internet, parking and any one-off fees.
Which documents will I need to apply?
The landlord or agency sets the requirements. Ask the publisher for the checklist, or follow the application instructions on an external listing’s original website. You may need identification, proof of income or employment, student documents or guarantor information. Check who is requesting sensitive documents and why before sending them.
Can Luntero tell me the status of my application?
No. Applications are handled by the advertiser, either through the contact details on a Direct listing or through an external provider. Luntero cannot see whether you were shortlisted, rejected or invited for a viewing. Ask the advertiser using the listing’s contact details or your application confirmation.
Can Luntero arrange a viewing or contact the owner for me?
No. Luntero does not own or manage the homes or arrange viewings. On a Direct listing, select “Contact publisher” to see the email and phone details provided. On an External listing, select “View original listing” for the provider’s contact and application options. Contact the advertiser yourself to arrange a viewing.
Why do details sometimes differ from the original listing?
For External listings, the provider may change or remove an advert after Luntero last collected it. Use the original website to confirm current availability, prices and application instructions. Direct listings are maintained by their publisher on Luntero; ask them to clarify any discrepancy. Report incorrect information on Luntero so it can be reviewed.
How do I contact the publisher or open the original listing?
The “Direct listing” label means the rental was published on Luntero. Select “Contact publisher” to see the supplied email and phone details. For rentals collected from other websites, select “View original listing” to respond there. Luntero does not receive rental applications or send enquiries for you.
How do I report an unavailable, incorrect, duplicate, or suspicious listing?
Open the listing and select “Report an issue”. Choose the closest reason and add useful details so Luntero can review the advert. For questions about your application or viewing, contact the publisher directly or the external provider you applied through.
