This furnished and partially carpeted room is located in Haven, a student community situated on the TU/e campus in Eindhoven. The room measures 15.9 m² and is situated on the first floor of the building at Blauwe Loper 66. As part of the Haven community, the resident lives among approximately 735 other students across the Castor, Pollux, and Terra buildings. The housing is allocated 50% to Dutch students and 50% to international students, with international students given priority for furnished rooms of this type.

The accommodation is classified as a dependent unit with shared facilities, and residents share with a group of six in total. Sanitary facilities including the shower, toilet, and sink are shared, as is the kitchen, which is equipped with a furnace and hood but does not include a microwave or refrigerator. A shared washing machine and dryer are available, along with a present internet connection. The room itself comes furnished, making it suitable for students arriving from abroad.

Haven offers several common spaces designed for socializing and shared activities. These include a Game Room, a Jam Room for music practice, a Cinema Room, and a versatile Hangout space where residents can watch films, cook together, or organize events. A community builder is available to support residents in organizing and planning activities. The housing is rented exclusively to full-time students, PhD students, or EngD students enrolled at an educational institution located on the TU/e campus. Applicants must be international students who completed their secondary education outside the Netherlands and must provide proof of enrollment or a PhD agreement.

The total rent amounts to €612.95 per month, including a basic rent of €370.95 and additional service costs. The tenancy agreement enters into effect on 28 July 2026.
