About This Rental in Bergschenhoek

Modern Two-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Energy Label A in Parklane Complex, Bergschenhoek

Jan Stuytstraat 80 offers a two-bedroom apartment in Parklane, a modern residential complex completed in 2019, situated on a quiet spot on the northwestern edge of Bergschenhoek. The complex comprises thirty luxury apartments and is located directly opposite the Annie M.G. Schmidt Park, which is easily accessible thanks to a bicycle bridge that starts next to the building. With energy label A and a layout that can be partly finished to the resident's own taste, this apartment combines comfort with flexibility. The living area measures 91 square meters, while the apartments in this complex range between 80 and 138 square meters.

The surrounding area offers a wide range of amenities within a short distance. The village center of Bergschenhoek can be reached by bike in about five minutes, where several supermarkets and shops are available for daily shopping. A number of primary schools are located within a short walking or cycling distance, making the location practical for families. Public transport is well organized as well, with several bus stops within a radius of a few hundred meters. From there, good bus connections run to, among other places, Berkel en Rodenrijs, Zoetermeer and Rotterdam.

Upon entering, the apartment welcomes its residents in a spacious and light central hall, from which all rooms are accessible. The layout includes two spacious bedrooms, a separate toilet with wall-mounted toilet and small washbasin, and a modern bathroom fitted with a towel radiator, washbasin, mirror and a large walk-in shower. The shower is finished with a Sealskin side wall and swing door, while the faucets are of the Grohe Costa type and the other sanitary facilities are from Villeroy & Boch. The walls are finished with glossy white tiles and the floors feature anthracite-colored tiles. The bedrooms, living area and hall are delivered bare, so residents can install flooring of their own preference.

The living area features an open kitchen by Keukenvision, equipped with built-in Whirlpool appliances including a combination microwave, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, gas hob and dishwasher. Each apartment has its own balcony fitted with a glass balustrade of clear glass, and between the balconies a full-depth privacy screen of 1.8 meters high has been installed. Heating is provided by an individual gas-fired central heating boiler, located in an indoor storage room that also houses connection points for laundry appliances. The indoor temperature is regulated with a thermostat in the living room, and a mechanical ventilation system is operated from the kitchen and the bathroom. The rent is €1,414 per month with service costs of €77.50 per month, a one-time nameplate fee of €35 applies, and the apartment becomes available from January 2027.

Frequently asked questions

Does the displayed rent include utilities and service costs?

Not necessarily. Luntero shows the rent and cost details supplied by the advertiser, but inclusions vary by property. Confirm the full breakdown with the publisher or on the original website before applying, including service costs, gas, electricity, water, internet, parking and any one-off fees.

Which documents will I need to apply?

The landlord or agency sets the requirements. Ask the publisher for the checklist, or follow the application instructions on an external listing’s original website. You may need identification, proof of income or employment, student documents or guarantor information. Check who is requesting sensitive documents and why before sending them.

Can Luntero tell me the status of my application?

No. Applications are handled by the advertiser, either through the contact details on a Direct listing or through an external provider. Luntero cannot see whether you were shortlisted, rejected or invited for a viewing. Ask the advertiser using the listing’s contact details or your application confirmation.

Can Luntero arrange a viewing or contact the owner for me?

No. Luntero does not own or manage the homes or arrange viewings. On a Direct listing, select “Contact publisher” to see the email and phone details provided. On an External listing, select “View original listing” for the provider’s contact and application options. Contact the advertiser yourself to arrange a viewing.

Why do details sometimes differ from the original listing?

For External listings, the provider may change or remove an advert after Luntero last collected it. Use the original website to confirm current availability, prices and application instructions. Direct listings are maintained by their publisher on Luntero; ask them to clarify any discrepancy. Report incorrect information on Luntero so it can be reviewed.

How do I contact the publisher or open the original listing?

The “Direct listing” label means the rental was published on Luntero. Select “Contact publisher” to see the supplied email and phone details. For rentals collected from other websites, select “View original listing” to respond there. Luntero does not receive rental applications or send enquiries for you.

How do I report an unavailable, incorrect, duplicate, or suspicious listing?

Open the listing and select “Report an issue”. Choose the closest reason and add useful details so Luntero can review the advert. For questions about your application or viewing, contact the publisher directly or the external provider you applied through.
