072Wonen is a distinguished NVM rental specialist, uniquely dedicated to the rental, leasing, and management of real estate. This specialization ensures that both clients and properties receive the necessary attention to find the perfect tenant. At 072Wonen, the team is committed to providing optimal service through expert advice grounded in experience and an understanding of various tenants, point assessments, new laws, and rental commissions. This makes them not only rental specialists but also a valuable knowledge base for property owners. As of April, 072Wonen has merged with Broekman Makelaars, marking an exciting step forward in their growth and service offerings. The merger combines the rental and management departments of both firms, with Hans continuing in his familiar role to ensure a smooth transition. The team is expanding with experienced staff, and from April 1st, their office will be located at Geert Groteplein 21 in Alkmaar, a long-standing branch of Broekman Makelaars. Looking back at their history, Hans van Beusekom started in 2009 by taking over the Rotsvast-Groep Alkmaar at the historic Kanaalkade location in Alkmaar. The collaboration with Rotsvast-Groep ended in 2012, leading to the establishment of 072huren as an independent rental agency, which was rebranded to 072Wonen in 2015. Over the years, 072Wonen has grown into a major player in the Greater Alkmaar region in real estate rental and management. The merger with Broekman Makelaars is seen as a positive development, combining strengths and knowledge to elevate their services further. Broekman Makelaars, with four offices in the Alkmaar region and over 40 years of experience, is a leading entity in real estate, known for a personal, effective, and professional approach. As an NVM member, Broekman Makelaars adheres to the highest standards of knowledge and quality.
