De Warande consists of two large L-shaped flat buildings, each with eight floors. The buildings are situated near a large shopping centre where daily groceries and other necessities can be obtained. In addition, a forest lies close to the complex, offering opportunities for walking and outdoor recreation. Although the environment is peaceful and green, the transport links ensure that urban amenities remain easily reachable. Public parking is available in the vicinity, although spaces are limited, and the complex has its own bicycle shed.

The monthly net rent for the room amounts to €397.42, with service costs of €104.91, resulting in a gross rent of €502.33 per month.
