About This Rental in Amsterdam

Modern 1-Bedroom Apartment with Rooftop Terraces on Panamalaan, Amsterdam

This 40 m² one-bedroom apartment is situated on the sixth floor of the Fibonacci building on Panamalaan in Amsterdam, completed in 2024. Located at the corner of the building, the apartment offers views over the surrounding area, including the railway line and the road. The home is delivered unfurnished and fitted with high-quality PVC flooring and curtains. It carries energy label A+++ and is fully insulated with double glazing. Heating is provided by a heat pump in combination with underfloor heating, and the apartment has a mechanical ventilation system. Note that in units at the back of the building near the railway or above the main entrance, the windows are fixed, while the window on the atrium side can be opened.

The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, a fridge-freezer and a combi oven, along with a connection for a washing machine or dishwasher. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, faucet with sink and a mirror. The apartment occupies a single level and the building is fitted with an elevator. Delivery is fitted, and the layout comprises a living area and one bedroom. Fiber internet is available in the building.

The Fibonacci building offers a range of shared facilities. On the ground floor there is a gym, a community space and a laundry room, while the fifth floor features a co-working space suitable for working from home. Two rooftop terraces are located on the fifth and ninth floors. Further amenities include camera security, bicycle parking and parking facilities in the basement. The apartment is part of The Cohesion Coliving concept, which combines private apartments with communal spaces and services, including a BringMe box for package delivery, a maintenance plan for minor repairs, and organized community activities.

The apartment is located in the Zeeburg/Oost district, on the corner of Cruquiuskade and Panamalaan, on the edge of Amsterdam's city center. The center and Amsterdam Central Station can be reached within approximately 10 minutes by bike, and the A10 ring road and A1 motorway are around a 10-minute drive away. Service costs cover maintenance and utilities for communal areas, heating of common spaces, cleaning, security and management. Tenants arrange their own electricity, water, and TV/internet contracts, and furniture can be leased separately. There are no storage units for rent at this location, and a parking spot can be rented via the landlord's partner.

Frequently asked questions

Does the displayed rent include utilities and service costs?

Not necessarily. Luntero shows the rent and cost details supplied by the advertiser, but inclusions vary by property. Confirm the full breakdown with the publisher or on the original website before applying, including service costs, gas, electricity, water, internet, parking and any one-off fees.

Which documents will I need to apply?

The landlord or agency sets the requirements. Ask the publisher for the checklist, or follow the application instructions on an external listing’s original website. You may need identification, proof of income or employment, student documents or guarantor information. Check who is requesting sensitive documents and why before sending them.

Can Luntero tell me the status of my application?

No. Applications are handled by the advertiser, either through the contact details on a Direct listing or through an external provider. Luntero cannot see whether you were shortlisted, rejected or invited for a viewing. Ask the advertiser using the listing’s contact details or your application confirmation.

Can Luntero arrange a viewing or contact the owner for me?

No. Luntero does not own or manage the homes or arrange viewings. On a Direct listing, select “Contact publisher” to see the email and phone details provided. On an External listing, select “View original listing” for the provider’s contact and application options. Contact the advertiser yourself to arrange a viewing.

Why do details sometimes differ from the original listing?

For External listings, the provider may change or remove an advert after Luntero last collected it. Use the original website to confirm current availability, prices and application instructions. Direct listings are maintained by their publisher on Luntero; ask them to clarify any discrepancy. Report incorrect information on Luntero so it can be reviewed.

How do I contact the publisher or open the original listing?

The “Direct listing” label means the rental was published on Luntero. Select “Contact publisher” to see the supplied email and phone details. For rentals collected from other websites, select “View original listing” to respond there. Luntero does not receive rental applications or send enquiries for you.

How do I report an unavailable, incorrect, duplicate, or suspicious listing?

Open the listing and select “Report an issue”. Choose the closest reason and add useful details so Luntero can review the advert. For questions about your application or viewing, contact the publisher directly or the external provider you applied through.
