There are options to join adjacent units without a dividing wall, and, upon agreement, units can be fitted with a mezzanine floor to increase usable area.
The location at Laarstraat 32B in Velddriel (province Gelderland) is a short drive from the A2 motorway. The site is fenced and secured, accessible via a druppel-tag entry system and is monitored. There are 38 parking spaces available on the property for users of the units.
