Rental conditions: the listed monthly rent for a type B/C unit is €400.00 excluding VAT, with service charges of €40.00 per month. A minimum lease term of 12 months applies; the termination notice period is three months. A security deposit equal to two months’ rent is required (stated as €800). VAT is applicable.
