By bicycle, the city center of Utrecht is less than ten minutes away, while Utrecht Science Park is reachable in about fifteen minutes. Directly opposite the complex lies a small shopping center with a supermarket, a drugstore and a snack bar, covering daily needs close to home.

The room is offered with a campus contract, which means it is only available to students or PhD candidates.
