Residents have access to a range of communal facilities within the building. These include a professional indoor gym that is open 24/7 and free for residents after registration, a study room, a central lounge, a game area and an outdoor area. There is also a football and volleyball court on site. High-speed internet with 2 TB is available, and a laundry room with smart washing machines as well as snack, soft drink and coffee machines can be used for a fee.
The property is situated on the Peizerweg in Groningen, with the city centre, universities, colleges, supermarkets, shops and public transport reachable within approximately an eight-minute bike ride. This accommodation is intended exclusively for international students, as Dutch students cannot be accommodated. The minimum stay is one month and the maximum stay is twelve months.
