Sixteen new-build commercial units are available at Duinzoom 5 in Renesse. Each unit has an approximate usable floor area of 68 m² (VVO) and is constructed with a steel frame and insulated sandwich panels. Energy performance specifications are provided: floor insulation Rc 3.7 m²K/W, façades Rc 4.7 m²K/W, roofs Rc 6.3 m²K/W and window assembly U-value 1.65 W/m²K. Optional items available on request include remote control for the overhead door, a mezzanine floor with stairs and guardrail, roof lights, photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging provision. Utilities must be registered and paid by the tenant. The basic rent starts at €750 per month (exclusive of VAT).
