The Studio Naritaweg is located in Amsterdam Sloterdijk, just a 5-minute walk from Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station, which also features a tram and bus station. The building comprises three separate structures, each with its own elevator and an in-house parking garage for both bicycles and cars. Tenants with cars can rent a parking spot at a reduced price. Additionally, each building has a small roof terrace and a 24/7 laundry room facing a charming inner garden with many flowers.
The neighborhood is still developing, with many offices and hotels, but it's becoming increasingly residential with new apartments and restaurants opening soon. The Westerpark is just a 5-minute tram or bike ride away, offering a unique architectural experience, a lively nightlife, an art cinema, a TV production site, and a brewery. During festival seasons, the park hosts various food and dance festivals, including the renowned De Rollende Keukens food truck festival and some ADE dance events.
The studios range in size from 22m2 to 51m2 and come equipped with their own bathroom, kitchen with electric hob, and refrigerator with freezer. Some studios are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and office chair, although this incurs a higher service charge. All rooms have a stable Wi-Fi connection. The rental price is accompanied by additional fees for service costs, energy costs, fiber optic internet, and digital TV.
The minimum rental period is 12 months, and subleasing is not permitted. A housing permit is required, and the building is exclusively for students or young professionals. The studio is available for rent immediately, with a rental price of €1,190 per month and a security deposit of €1,000.
