When a room becomes available, it will be assigned by the educational institutions we collaborate with. The newly built student accommodation offers various common areas, including a study zone, perfect for connecting with fellow students. Additionally, the building is conveniently located next to a park, ideal for relaxation and leisure activities.
Situated just 1500 meters from the Eindhoven University of Technology, this residence provides an excellent living-work balance for students. Eindhoven, known as the 'City of Light', is synonymous with innovation, creativity, and a thriving technology sector, making it an ideal place for a modern student to reside. The studios are fully furnished and equipped with essential items such as a bed (90x200cm), mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, notice board, kettle, cooking plate, refrigerator (including freezer compartment), microwave, and curtains.
The rental price ranges from €600 to €700 per month, excluding additional costs. The minimum rental period is 12 months, after which the rental contract can be terminated monthly. Subletting is not permitted and is actively monitored. A monthly advance payment for energy and service costs is required, with an annual settlement of the actual costs. In addition to the rent, tenants will need to pay the following monthly costs: service charge advance (€60), energy advance (€60), internet (€17.50), furnishing and furniture (€50), and laundry (€12.50).
At the beginning of the rental agreement, there are one-time costs including registration (€25), security deposit (€1,000), administration fee (€75), and professional final cleaning (€115). Please note that the management reserves the right to reject candidates without providing a reason.
