This newly built 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of the Tramontana building at Deltapromenade in Den Haag, Kijkduin. The living room and bedroom both have access to a balcony, providing outdoor space. The apartment includes an indoor storage/utility room and a laundry room.

The apartment benefits from sustainable features such as underfloor heating and cooling using geothermal energy, a heat recovery system, excellent insulation, and the absence of a gas connection. The apartment is unfurnished, including floors, window coverings, and lighting.
Two private parking spaces with a lift system are available in the underground parking garage for an additional €200 per month. There is also common bicycle storage in the substructure. The apartment has never been inhabited before and is rented out for a maximum of two years.
