This charming two-room apartment is available for rent in the center of Callantsoog, a cozy village located 25 km north of Alkmaar and right next to the beach. The apartment is situated on the first floor at the rear of a complex consisting of 17 apartments. Its location is unique, adjacent to the village square, with the dunes at the back and beach access just 100 meters away. The building is equipped with a lift for easy access.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a bright living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and an extractor fan. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, floating toilet, and a washing machine connection. Additionally, there is access to a private balcony of 6 m², offering a lovely view over the dunes. This apartment was built in 2008 and is highly energy-efficient, featuring underfloor heating powered by an air heat pump that also provides cooling in the summer. The entire complex is gas-free, with hot water supplied via an electric boiler, earning it an energy label of A.
Beneath the complex, there is a parking garage where each resident has their own parking space.
