The accommodation comprises a living room with an open kitchen fitted with appliances, an internal (inpandig) balcony facing west, a separate bedroom and a tiled bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. A private storage room of about 3 m² is provided on the ground floor. The complex consists of four residential units with commercial spaces on the ground floor.
Access to the apartment is via a shared entrance and a staircase to the first floor. The apartment opens into a central hall from which all rooms are reached. The bedroom is fitted with two windows and a built-in wardrobe. The living room is positioned on the corner of the building and measures about 25 m², with multiple double-glazed windows on the southwest side providing natural light.
The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas hob and extractor hood; a bar separates the kitchen area from the living space. The bathroom is tiled and includes a shower, washbasin, toilet and connections for a washing machine. The interior is fitted out with laminate flooring and window coverings (jaloezien/roller blinds). The property has double glazing throughout.
There is on-street parking in the street and parking immediately outside the complex is available outside office hours. The neighbourhood provides direct road links to the A2 (Den Bosch / Boxtel, Eindhoven) and the N65 (Den Bosch / Tilburg). Moleneindplein for daily shopping is within a few minutes’ reach and Vught railway station is approximately 1.5 km away. The rental conditions specify a maximum of two occupants, pets are not permitted and the property is not suitable for living with children.
