The property is a furnished apartment of 84 m² with two bedrooms and separate utility storage. The layout includes a living room with an open kitchen and a separate utility room. A bicycle shed is provided and a private parking space is available in a closed courtyard for a separate fee.
The living room with open kitchen receives ample natural light through multiple windows and has a wooden floor. From the living room there is access to a spacious and sunny balcony. A new kitchen and a recently installed bathroom are part of the apartment. The bathroom is fitted with a rain shower and a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, a combined steam oven/oven/microwave, a built-in refrigerator and freezer, and an integrated water heater, together with additional built-in appliances. The bedroom includes built-in wardrobes and the utility room offers storage space. Most of the furniture shown in the photographs will remain in the apartment. A private parking space in the closed courtyard can be rented separately and a bicycle shed is included with the rental.
Rent details and conditions are stated as follows: the monthly rent is €2,100 excluding utilities, with an additional charge of €75 per month for the private parking space if rented. The security deposit is two times the monthly rent.
