De Karner is a four-story apartment complex featuring a total of 15 apartments. Access to the two-room corner apartment on the second floor is provided via an elevator. The Boterfabriek dates back to 1881 and is one of the oldest factories in Nijmegen. It is currently undergoing a complete revitalization while preserving its cultural and historical value, complemented by contemporary new construction.
