This furnished townhouse is located in the historic city centre of Maastricht, within a five-minute walk of the Vrijthof, the Markt and the main shopping area. The property is on a quiet street in the Statenkwartier neighbourhood and is close to the university, public transport and main roads. It is offered furnished and was recently renovated in August 2022. Parking is available directly in front of the house on the basis of a resident parking permit.
