The room is offered on an indefinite rental period and is suitable for a single occupant.

The house is occupied by three housemates who share the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, bicycle storage and a rear garden of approximately 25 m². Common areas are used communally and routines for utilities and internet are arranged among the housemates. The household atmosphere is described as relaxed and quiet, with space for social interaction as well as privacy in individual rooms for study or work.

J.C. Kapteynlaan is situated in the Korrewegwijk neighborhood, close to local amenities including AH Floresplein and Jumbo Beren, as well as nearby snack bars and the Wiebengacomplex. The Zernike campus is approximately a 10-minute bicycle ride away, the city centre about 5 minutes by bike, and Groningen Central Station roughly 10 minutes by bike. These distances are approximate and depend on cycling speed and route.

The monthly rent is €514; this amount includes municipal taxes and excludes gas, water, electricity and internet, which are arranged separately by the housemates.
