Unfurnished Room for Rent - Olieslagweg, Enschede

Hello future housemate! Currently, we are looking for a new housemate as one of our current roommates is leaving. We are a mixed group of four men and four women, and we are excited to welcome someone who can add to our friendly atmosphere. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the University of Twente, Albert Heijn, Wibra, a bus stop, Lidl, and a liquor store.

We enjoy communal living, and it is common for us to have dinner together almost every evening. Spontaneous social evenings are not uncommon, and we have an annual house weekend with former housemates and friends. We also host a Christmas dinner and occasionally have seasonal dinners in the spring or fall. Additionally, we have a house night every month, and we encourage new initiatives from everyone in the house.

The city center is just a 10-minute bike ride away, and if your bike isn't in great condition, it may take about 15 minutes. The Enschede Kennispark train station is also nearby, and you can hear the cheers from FC Twente games when they score.

The available room is 16 m², located on the first floor, and features a sink with hot and cold water. The house has two shared showers, allowing for friendly conversations or singing in the mornings. There are also two toilets, a washing machine, and a drying area available. The room will be unfurnished and is available starting May 1, 2025, with a monthly rent of €385, including utilities.
