The apartment is part of the complex known as "La Tour en Verre" with its entrance on T.G. Gibsonstraat. The building has a central, secured entrance with mailboxes and provides lift access to the upper floors. Covered parking is available via a subscription in the neighbouring "Stadspoort" parking garage.
The accommodation has a total living area of approximately 85 m² and is arranged as a three-room apartment with two bedrooms.
