This third-floor gallery apartment is located on the edge of Deventer's historic city centre, on the side of the Singel and adjacent to the Rijsterborgherpark. The apartment is part of the complex known as "La Tour en Verre" with its entrance on T.G. Gibsonstraat. The building has a central, secured entrance with mailboxes and provides lift access to the upper floors. Covered parking is available via a subscription in the neighbouring "Stadspoort" parking garage.
The accommodation has a total living area of approximately 85 m² and is arranged as a three-room apartment with two bedrooms.
