Looking for an energy-efficient family rental home in the cozy Den Oever? In the modern new residential area De Gest, within walking distance of sports fields and a short distance from a large supermarket, we are now offering five new rental homes. Among them are two corner houses with a garage and private parking for €1,400 per month, one middle house with a cross roof (XL attic) for €1,275 per month, and two row houses available for €1,250 per month.
Den Oever is centrally located for various exit routes. The A7 provides easy access to the Amsterdam region. The Afsluitdijk allows for a quick drive to Leeuwarden, and via the N99, you can reach Den Helder in just 15 minutes. Den Oever also has a large bus station with direct connections to secondary schools in Schagen, Wieringerwerf, or Hoorn, as well as to major data centers in Middenmeer.
These homes come with no service costs and low energy costs, featuring an energy label of A+++. They are equipped with underfloor heating on all levels, an air-water heat pump, and solar panels. The solar panels cover the energy consumption (under normal conditions) of the heat pump for heating the home. Household usage such as showering, washing, cooking, lighting, and electrical appliances are at the tenant's expense.
Each home has three bedrooms and an attic with a fixed staircase, where a fourth bedroom is possible. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and wall-mounted toilet, heated by underfloor heating and an additional electric radiator. The corner houses have an attached storage room with a garage door, while the middle houses have a detached wooden storage room in the back of the garden. The garden will be partially paved, and further garden layout is the tenant's responsibility. The middle houses also have a back entrance via an alleyway.
Rental conditions include an indefinite rental period according to the ROZ model 2024, a two-month rent deposit prior to the start of the rental agreement, and the tenant is responsible for TV/internet, energy, and water contracts.
