We have an income standard where your gross monthly income (including holiday pay) must be approximately 3.5 to 4.5 times the rent. For two-income households, the second salary is usually counted at half. Each situation is assessed individually. Additionally, you must be registered at the address of the property and intend to live there.
Self-employed individuals: Different calculation methods and/or additional conditions apply to self-employed individuals. You must also provide a deposit (depending on the owner's requirements) worth at least two months' rent when signing the lease. Furthermore, you must have two complete recent annual figures available.
