Es handelt sich um eine autarke Einheit mit eigener Dusche und Toilette, und die Bewohner können das Zimmer nach Belieben einrichten. Das Gebäude ist mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet, der einen einfachen Zugang zu den oberen Stockwerken ermöglicht. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 599,22 €, bestehend aus einer Kaltmiete von 515,62 € und Nebenkosten von 83,60 €. In den Nebenkosten sind Glasversicherung, Hausratversicherung und Wasser enthalten. Strom, Steuern und Abgaben sind ausgeschlossen. Wohngeld (Huurtoeslag) kann für Mieter ab 18 Jahren verfügbar sein, die die Einkommenskriterien erfüllen.
