Access to the apartment is via a central hall equipped with a doorbell panel and mailboxes, with options to take either the stairs or the elevator to the second floor.
Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a hallway that provides access to the meter cupboard, a separate toilet, and a utility room with space for a washing machine and dryer.
