A fully renovated, fully furnished 3-room apartment is available on the 11th floor with a view over the Hofplein fountain. The apartment has a living area of 90 m² and comprises two bedrooms. It is situated in the centre of Rotterdam, close to Rotterdam Central Station and within walking distance of various metro and tram connections. Shops, restaurants, bars, theaters and cinemas are all nearby, making daily amenities readily accessible.
The building has a secured entrance with a video intercom system and a caretaker on site. There is an elevator serving the floors; the building dates from 1984 and has 12 storeys. The apartment is entered from the eleventh floor and includes an entrance hall, a storage cupboard and internal circulation leading to the principal rooms. The overall layout is practical and oriented towards city living.
The living room features a parquet floor and a sunroom (serre). From the living room there is direct access to a semi-open kitchen finished in high-gloss white and equipped with various built-in appliances.
