The room is part of a shared low-rise villa with 14 residents and is situated on the second floor of a building constructed in 1965 with an energy label of D. The living space measures 11 m² and is part of an non-self-contained (onzelfstandige) student housing unit. Residents share a communal kitchen, as well as a shared shower and toilet. Internet and television connections are provided. The room does not include furnishings, allowing the new occupant to arrange it according to personal preferences. The unit features a balcony, providing outdoor space for residents.

The total monthly rent is €508.29, which includes a base rent of €387.18 and service costs of €121.11. The service costs cover electricity, heating, water, glass insurance, and contents insurance.
