Is het mogelijk om de huurprijs of voorwaarden aan te passen?

Located in a modern complex built in 2006, it is centrally situated near the Presikhaaf shopping center and the vibrant city center of Arnhem. Additionally, there are childcare facilities and both primary and secondary schools in close proximity. Public transport is within walking distance, and there is free parking available in front of the building, with easy access to the A12 and A50 highways.
The apartment is delivered as a "shell," meaning it will not include flooring, curtains, standard lighting, or kitchen appliances. The kitchen shown in the photos will be replaced with a basic kitchen setup, consisting of upper and lower cabinets only.
