This spacious three-story upper-level apartment is available for rent soon, expected in early May. The flat features three bedrooms, a large attic room that offers potential for various uses, a balcony, and a rooftop terrace. Located in a modern complex built in 2006, it is centrally situated near the Presikhaaf shopping center and the vibrant city center of Arnhem. Additionally, there are childcare facilities and both primary and secondary schools in close proximity. Public transport is within walking distance, and there is free parking available in front of the building, with easy access to the A12 and A50 highways.
The apartment is delivered as a "shell," meaning it will not include flooring, curtains, standard lighting, or kitchen appliances. The kitchen shown in the photos will be replaced with a basic kitchen setup, consisting of upper and lower cabinets only. This provides an opportunity for tenants to personalize the space and decorate it according to their own taste. The entrance to the apartment is via a central entrance and staircase through the gallery.
