New for rent is this beautiful, spacious and bright corner house located in a popular location in Amersfoort Schothorst. The house is well maintained and offers a lot of privacy, situated on the water in a quiet residential area. It is conveniently located within cycling distance of various facilities such as the Schothorst shopping center for daily necessities, schools, sports facilities, and the Water-win nature reserve. The historic city center of Amersfoort is also reachable within 10 minutes by bike. Schothorst train station is within cycling distance, and various bus stops are within walking distance. The A1/A28 is easily accessible by car via the ring road. In short, this house features 4 (bed)rooms, a shed, and a lovely backyard.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a hall with a coat rack, meter cupboard, and a separate toilet. The staircase leads to the first floor and provides access to the living room.
